HDMI and DVI Cables

High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) is rapidly emerging as the connection standard for HDTV. HDMI combines high-definition video and multi-channel audio in a single digital interface to provide crystal-clear digital quality over a single cable. HDMI offers significant advantages over analog A/V connections, including the ability to transmit uncompressed digital video and audio content. DVI-D Single and Dual link cables with ferrite cores. The DVI connector on a device is therefore given one of three names, depending on which signals it implements:  DVI-D (Digital only), DVI-A (Analog only) and DVI-I (Digital and Analog).
